Lindauer is pleased to partner with MIT Sloan School of Management in its search for a Director of Development Planning and Strategic Initiatives.
MIT Sloan School of Management is seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join the Office of External Relations team as the Director of Development Planning and Strategic Initiatives. In this role, the Director will drive strategic initiatives that align with MIT Sloan's vision of tackling global challenges at the intersection of business and technology.
By fostering collaborative relationships and securing major support, the Director will play a pivotal role in translating academic and institutional priorities into substantive funding opportunities that drive positive change. This is a key leadership role dedicated to advancing MIT Sloan’s mission of developing principled, innovated leaders who improve the world.
In this role, you will:
• Collaborate and convene around key priorities identified in MIT Sloan’s short- and long-
term goals and vision.
• Foster collaborative relationships throughout Sloan to ensure consistency, priority
alignment, and efficiency in securing major support.
• Oversee campaign strategy and planning, including the development of giving
opportunities aligned with school needs.
• Play an active role in ensuring MIT Sloan is prepared for their next campaign.
