Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic and persuasive proposals that align with MSU's priorities and donor interests.
• Collaborate with development officers, senior academic leaders, and faculty to identify funding opportunities.
• Conduct thorough research to craft well-informed narratives and incorporate compelling impact stories.
• Design visually appealing proposal layouts with graphics and infographics.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to donor stewardship by drafting impact reports and tailored communications.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3-5 years of experience in public relations, fundraising, marketing, or a similar field.
• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible narratives.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, or large-scale nonprofits is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe InDesign or Canva.
• Strong project management abilities and a proven track record of successful proposal submissions.
