We’re looking for a Development Manager to lead the charge in securing the funding we need to expand our impact.

You’ll be the mastermind behind fundraising strategies, donor relations, and grant management—making sure our work is well-supported and sustainable.

What You’ll Do
Lead Fundraising Strategy – Develop and execute a long-term fundraising plan that grows and diversifies our revenue streams.

Manage Development Operations – Ensure our donor database (Network for Good) is organized and efficient, track donor moves and create systems for sustainable fundraising.

Cultivate & Steward Donors – Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.

Engage the Board – Work closely with the Board of Directors to help them leverage their networks and play an active role in fundraising efforts.

Write Winning Grant Proposals – Develop proposals and reports for government, foundation, and corporate fundraising efforts.

Communicate the Impact – Share stories, data, and insights that highlight our work and inspire greater investment.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree (CFRE is a plus!)
-6 years of nonprofit development experience, with a proven track record of securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and foundation grants.
-Strong relationship-building skills with funders, board members, and community partners
-Experience writing and managing foundation grant proposals.
-Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
