Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in the search for a Senior Major Gifts Officer.
Reporting to the Director of Major Gifts, the Senior Major Gifts Officer will manage and execute the Institute’s fundraising strategy for individual major gifts and develop long-term relationships with alumni and friends while adding value to the Institute’s overall development efforts. The Senior Major Gifts Officer will manage an active prospect portfolio; initiate and strengthen donor relationships; and develop and implement strategies for donor prospects with the goal of closing major and significant gifts. The Senior Major Gifts Officer will facilitate an integrated approach to annual, major, and planned giving as well as manage programmatic activities that achieve goals within budgeted funds. This is a remote/flexible location position. The Senior Major Gifts Officer may work remotely from any location near a major metropolitan airport. This position requires significant travel.

A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least five years of fundraising experience is preferred for this position, as is experience in higher education advancement. Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds. The salary range for this position is $69,000 to $107,000 annually.
