Job Description

Position salary range:  $75,000 - $90,000

What We’re Looking For
Giving Docs is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to help scale our rapidly growing business. You will collaborate with our VP of Sales and the entire team to build out and help manage our sales pipeline in Hubspot, discover new opportunities, and lead a variety of marketing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
-Develop a thorough knowledge of the Giving Docs product and value proposition
-Assist sales team to meet quarterly and annual sales revenue goals
-Identify, qualify and lead outreach efforts to expand pipeline
-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
-Manage key administrative functions including process and data quality enforcement, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other tasks related to the sales operation
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Additional information

  • 2+ years of professional work experience in sales operations; direct experience in technology, nonprofit fundraising, business, legal, and/or other relevant sectors preferred

  • Experience with value-based selling, sales tools, processes, and technology

  • Direct experience with managing records in Hubspot

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with potential clients

  • Exceptional attention to detail; loves a to-do list and managing tasks

  • Comprehensive knowledge of nonprofit fundraising, planned giving, and social good companies

  • Tech-savvy, proficient in G Suite, and committed to maintaining data integrity.

  • Creative, resourceful, and hungry to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment

  • Capability to perform administrative support functions flawlessly

  • High degree of empathy, with a demonstrated ability to listen carefully to and engage meaningfully with a wide variety of stakeholders

  • Desire to not merely meet customer expectations, but seek opportunities to delight

  • Excellent at working within teams to achieve ambitious goals

  • Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging with all stakeholders

  • Ability to work remotely regardless of location, with primary working hours between 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time M-F
